The struggle with getting Melody to eat any food, let alone a health variety, is always present in our house. So I tell Melly, "you have to eat so you can grow up big and strong." She gets that look on her face and says, "But Mommy, I'm already big and strong. Look at my muscles!"
If only Kit Kat's were a food group...
