Well, after being a part of the Spilt Milk blog for its entirety, and coveting Aimee's blog, I finally ventured on myself. It's an odd feeling knowing all the world can take a step inside my brain, but then I realized that most people checking this out know me, and if they don't know me, do I really care? It's that same feeling of dancing in public. You always feel like everyone in the room is watching and criticising you even though they're probably not.
So, to get this up to date, my daughter Melody is almost 2, and she is VERY 2. Her new favorite saying is, "I can do it myself". Oh yeah, she says it with the attitude too! The best part is when she says it followed by "Mommy help!" But when she's as cute as she is, it's hard to not to laugh.
My husband, Rob, has been a part of my life for what seems like forever. We met and started dating in 1994, and finally got our act together and got married in 2004. Life is good for us and I can't complain. I get to work from home and raise our daughter. It sounds simple enough, but it always has its moments.
So that's where I stand. Prepare for all the anecdotes and silly things that happen along the way!
